Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 40 years as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC (A/B)/ PWD candidates as per Govt of India rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/ Institute or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West State Medical Faculty/ AICTE, with knowledge in computer, MS office, internet.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit and practical examination.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with self attested copies of age proof, (Madhyamik or equivalent examination certificate), mark sheets and pass certificates of essential academic qualification, computer course certificate, caste certificate, identity proof (passport/ voter id/ aadhar card), proof of address) to PMU office of Kolkata City NUHM Society, Room No.254, 02nd Floor, 5, S.N Banerjee Road, Kolkata-700013 from 20-03-2017 to 30-03-2017 (from 11:00 am to 04:00 pm (Monday to Friday), 11:00 am to 02:00 pm (Saturday)).
